Truth is Better than Fiction - It's too bad they didn't tell the real story that the movie is based on. They could have used the same actors and it would have made a great film. For anyone interested, there is a book written about the story called "Say You Love Satan" . This is not a spoiler, but I will tell you that the main difference between the movie and the true story is that the "Rory" character was not a mentally challenged wannabe who traded Shane's mescaline to buy him a guitar. He stole the mesc and never paid it back. Anywho, it's a great book for anyone interested. That all being said, I still think Eric Mabius and Scott Bairstow were great.
