How dare this is called a "spin-off"? These are essentially 24 one-minute mobi-episodes that have appeared on cell phones as a promotional tool for season four. The events take place at a CTU in Washington D.C. Great idea and premise for a TRUE spin-off series, however not on a cell phone. These shows can only be found on the seventh disc of the fourth season box set of "24".
Doing it as a one-minute segment loses its flavor and edge. The characters are one- dimensional, the storyline is if somebody essentially "remade" the first season and it looks like a college-student film: the budget is around the vicinity of $25-100.
