Wonderful and well-acted film.

I too saw this film at the River Run International Film Festival in Winston-Salem, NC. I found the film to be well-made and very thought provoking. The film interweaves three story lines to a satisfying conclusion. The writing was intelligent, witty and compassionate. The editing and cinematography were strong and added to the beauty of the picture. The writer/director Tim Kirkman, a North Carolina native, returned "home" to capture the essence and beauty of the state with film locations from the mountains, to the foothills, to the coast. The acting was superb with the character development subtle but effective. The cast was well-chosen with standout performances by Tess Harper and Bonnie Hunt.

I loved this film and wish it luck in its festival run and eventual distribution. If you have a chance to see this film, DO IT, you will love it!
