Christopher Guest and Woody Allen must have had a torrid gay affair and bred this director. SEE THIS MOVIE!!! We are already in for the DVD and looking for other films by this guy.
Sheri Oteri was amazing - she actually stayed within the confines of a legitimate character and still managed to be hysterical. Michael Paines, the star of the movie, had a brilliance similar to Peter Sellers - even in a fat suit. Jane Lynch, seen in other Christopher Guest films, plays a Hollywood-coke-whore-producer - when is that NOT funny? Peter Dinklage the is the BIGgest small actor in Hollywood - HIRE HIM, people! He's totally FUNNY!
Surviving Eden is this year's Napoleon Dynamite for the sheer number of quotable lines. Offensive to all religious, ethnic, gender and vertically challenged groups, ala Strangers With Candy or The Simpsons; no group is safe or excluded.
