This is a tough one to review. I usually try not to read the comments, trivia, etc. on this site before I watch a movie for fear of running across a spoiler, and I did not read anything before watching this one. After seeing this movie, I did not know what to think, or what I was supposed to see. I thought it was filmed in some strange order, in a way similar to Pulp Fiction, but when it was all said and done, I was still left feeling WTF??! As it turns out, this was for good reason. First of all, this wasn't a movie at all, but a compilation of three episodes of a late night cable TV show called "Chromiumblue.com" which was similar to the old Cinemax series "Passion Cove". I rented this movie under the name "Cover Me Girls", which looked like some type of western or something. Turns out "Cover Me Girls" was an individual episode of Chromiumblue.com within the movie. I'm confused just trying to explain this.
I guess what I'm trying to say here is that this should have been explained better at the beginning. I'm a third of the way through the movie and wondering why opening credits are rolling again without any real ending to the first story... and then it happens again 30 minutes later. I learned from the other reviewer on this movie at the time that you should probably read up on the movie/TV series at their website, which happens to be at Chromiumblue.com. After that, I understood better.
So with all that in mind, which is definitely a huge negative, the first story was pretty entertaining. The last two didn't hold my interest, partially due to the confusion I mentioned earlier, and partially because they weren't as good as the first one.
I will say that if you're not interested in any story and only want to see hot women, then you will probably enjoy this. The women were smoking hot and worth taking a look at, but that's the only real positive here. Camera work was excellent and the locations and scenery were great, too. I guess I'd get real good at working the camera as well, if I had these subjects to work with!
Anyhow, with that being the only positive thing to say about this "movie", I have to give it a big thumbs down (and that's tough for me because I like gratuitous nudity). 3 out of 10 (only because I liked the first story). Hopefully, this was helpful to anyone reading it.
