Everything to Gain (1996 TV Movie)
Wonderful movie about dealing with extreme grief and trying to move on in your life

Warning: Spoilers
Contains Spoiler I really wanted to write this to say how much I enjoyed the film. I am a huge Jack Scalia fan so to be perfectly honest that is the reason why I watched it. I am so glad that I did. The movie was done perfectly. The characters were cast exceptionally well. It was very sad though. But stuff like this does happen to people and makes it more realistic. The movie shows a woman dealing with the grief of losing her family to a hideous and senseless crime - dealing with the grief involved and trying to come to terms with her being alone, finding out exactly how the crime happened, and moving on with her life by herself. Jack Scalia comes into the scene as the detective (Michael DeMarco) who is assigned the case. The two get friendly and eventually he winds up comforting her and they become lovers. Very good movie.
