Puppy Power!
30 June 2002
Scrappy stole the show with his loving, energetic, bold performance. I loved him and he does not deserve all the bad press. An articulate puppy without fear was the perfect companion for the cowardly duo. There were real monsters too and lots of comic moments. I prefer episodes with Scrappy to those without him. He did not harm the show. He added entertainment value and once he was in he stayed. So some of the public must have liked him. Scooby & Shaggy certainly did. He might have caused trouble but he also splatted the monsters. A good friend to have really. The accompanying cartoon wasn't bad either. How could anyone resist a puppy? Puppy power!
