Poll: FYC, AFI - The Next Top 50 Villains

This is the first of a poll series whose purpose is to anticipate the inclusions in the next American Film Institute's Top 25, 50 or 100 lists. As you may know, many lists date back to the late 1990s and early 2000s and while the inclusions are satisfying, the absences severely date them.

We will start with AFI's Top 50 villains aired on 2003 with Alonzo Harris from Training Day (2001) as the most recent character. So we'll consider movies from 2003 till today whose villains fit the AFI's criteria in terms of cultural impact: characters who have a made a mark on American society in matters of style and substance, and legacy: characters who elicit strong reactions across time, enriching America's film heritage while continuing to inspire contemporary artists and audiences.

In the eventuality of a new AFI's Top 50 villains, which of these memorable post-2003 screen villains would be your top choice for an inclusion (as high as possible)?
