That very needed great episode

Greetings from Lithuania.

4th episode of "Homeland" season 7 "Like Bad at Things" was the best episode this season. It was intense, involving and moved the story forward. I liked the outcome here, although its just the beginning.

Overall, this episode reminded of me of many glorious episodes in amazing seasons 1-4 of this show when they were intense, involving and plausible. Hope more in the same spirit are waiting us in this so far good but not great season 7.

You knew this was coming
The only question is, how are the politicians and news media going to spin this for maximum effect/benefit. And how is this going to affect Saul.

Claire Danes's performance was stellar as usual, and for once the rest of the cast was in sync as well.

Warning: Spoilers
Finally, an episode where Carrie is entirely lucid and sane! She still played fast and loose with the rules, but at least she didn't say she was going through a window to feed pets this week.

The fallout at the compound was crazy TV. I hope O'Keefe continues to be a force on this show, but something tells me this might have just muzzled him.

Intense

I think this episode is similar with the last season's Peter Quinn hostage situation; at first nothing serious and then all of a sudden it turned into a dangerous situation with lives on the line. However, this episode is even more intense and suspenful than that one. there were some heart-pounding moments esp when the FBI was about the raid the compound. Carrie's part is lagging behind tho, and not much it's really going on that we haven't seen before.

Wellington, his girlfriend, and O'keefe are on a crazy mission to end the President. Who is really pulling the strings? A wealthy corporation or foreign government?
