This is a low budget film that is better than expected. I had low expectations but thoroughly enjoyed this movie., acting was bad but felt genuine.

Surprisingly good raw indie film!!!!! Character development and delivery by actors were spot on. Definitely recommend this movie.

This is the third Derek Scott movie I have watched and I have to say that they kept me entertained through out the films. Let's keep it 100...everybody can't understand or relate to these films because they may not be in that type of environment. But that's the language and these things can and do happen. I like the stories and twist he put in these movies. And I can see most of these main characters on the big screen.

Another person wrote this was a stereotype of how Blacks live. No it wasn't. LOL. In some people lives they live just that way. I don't but I know people who do and I can't stand it or be around it. The only thing that got me was the fact of some of the filming was stupid. I can't stand when they are standing next to a car or someone has glasses on and you see the crew within them. At the end when she was coming outside look in the window. The only thing that was stupid is the fact he gave more respect to a hood boy than loving his girl and hearing her out. Just stupid. But stuff likes this happens. It was not the best film,but not the worst I've seen here lately. I can say it was entertaining.

This movie waz a cold hard classic fam. Acting was on a hundred ya dig. Love story was powerful, I ain't really motional like dat. But dis tugged at ya dudes hearts strings. If ya live dis life ya know what dis life be like. Murda is the next Star on the box. Editing was on point, I think it was like n HD too. It waz mad clear for a low budget. My wIfe and I watched it twice. Dis a must if ya a real one.

As you can tell by the date of this posting, (coronavirus pandemic) I was looking for some Black Cinema movies to watch. A little stereotypical and too much use of the N word but all in all, it wasn't a bad movie. Never heard of any of the actors, so the acting could've been better. A bit predictable at some points but I was disappointed with the way it ended with Carmen.

I just wish it showed black women in a better light.

I could not believe the disrespect for each other in every scene. Script was basically the N-word interlaced with profanity. If you have any self-respect or decency, you will not be able to relate to this narrative. I think it was an attempt to stereotype blacks in the worst possible way. I could not take this seriously as it depicted women as desperate to have any kind of man at any cost and the men were street dummies and Losers. Watching it was unsettling to say the least and utterly despicable in every aspect.

For a low budget movie, time & budget were definitely used effectively. The transition to each plot twist made for an attention grabbing movie indeed, the ending was perfection. I love how the director used classic old school formats while still utilizing his budget. Came across it on Amazon, absolutely brilliant story telling.

Hmmm... this could have been a good movie, but the ending twists were so unnecessary. The romance between the lead actor and actress was unbelievable. I mean she was intelligent and beautiful, and he looked like he hadn't used a bar of soap or washed his bed sheets in ages. The ending was just dumb. I was hoping for so much more. Wasted my time.

Where do I began!!! I LOVED THIS MOVIE...watched more than a few times. So many realistic twists....double standards on how men can get away with cheating, yet when a women does it...it's a deadly Repercussion. Carmen became what she so desperately hated...(I loved her energy and her style omg) and Renzo finally was able to feel the same hurt and pain he transferred onto Carmen. The one who never deserved it all was murda. Damn I know he was a SUPER A**hole when he found out she was in a relationship, definitely spoke out of anger and pain. I honestly felt Carmen and murda would have figured it out. The way he made her glow was soooooo different from the cold and hurt women in scene one. What a vibe these two. Renzo ultimately got what he deserved..... and damn Carmen so sad how it ended for her (unrealistic in my book). What a Beautiful women. What energy she brought to the film. Loved this MOVIE!!!

I have watched this move 3-4 times. It is very good and keeps you hooked to know what will happen next?!?! (Well when you first watch it.) Plug love, and 2eleven are my favorites that include Murda Pain! Great actor.

Great little suprise of a film

I watched this movie not expecting much but was pleasantly surprised. This is a great indie film. Some great performances here, especially the actor who plays Murda is really believable and good. The two main love interests have great chemistry together. Sometimes this feels like a light hearted rom-com, but it is definitely more than that. Definitely illustrates a double standard between men and women but then that is realistic in the world we live in.

O.K. tha deal as close to gospel as I know. I see there are a few that don't get it and I get that. You don't wear tha same frames I wear so there for you just not going to see what I see. Don't be blinded to what can be and is someone else's reality because yours was/is on the proper side of tha 8ILE, or caddies and pecan trees River Oaks. When you in the word (Bible/Gospel) what the lord is speaking to you is That for You, but that don't mean because I don't hear what you hear that we Christians or believer's in the Word or Love. That fat of this Plug is that Love Always got us doing some strange and sometime daggone me stupid (You a Clown, see previous movies) The pulse of this Plug I felt was genuine and true to the game, Game of Life, and if you don't think the world we Puns get moved around in this Chess game world then, you may want to truly pay attention to Murder Pain in ALL these joints/flicks. Understandable language in the movie isn't for everyone, but neither is speaking in tongues for Christians. Movie could just as easily been tiled Love Plug seeing how it all went down in the end. Through and Through & All and All I' ma hold this Mr. Scott and his Team, (Buffed) Up and that is the Gospel according to............. Tha Plug.... Love

100% be easy and ya'll don't let them Cartier's blind you (* plug Buffed Up) even if they $100 block ones. Stay Up Fam
