Bea is very effective in this episode and shows, as Franky sarcastically puts it, that she is a natural. She sees Liz after bringing her back to jail, punishes Boomer, and lets Jodie take the blame. Fortunately, Maxine is the voice of reason for the Top Dog. Whether you are Team Doyle or Team Smith, Boomer's punishment is painful and even more so what she said after to Franky especially since everything is true. Harry's murder is surprising, but we can imagine Ferguson had something to do with it. I love the detail when Joan is seen putting away one of her cell phones (and therefore making a call to Nils Jesper).
