There are a number of things one could say about this season and mostly this episode but I'm really going to try to keep it short. First of all, great direction. The show always had an interesting approach to direction but this year it's like it blossomed along with photography. In any caption I just want to print-screen and make it a background on my computer desktop. Second of all, the scenario. Every singly part of dialog is something you really have to hear. In moments where the characters speak quietly, I stretch my ears and go closer to the screen in order to hear everything. I just don't want to miss a thing. It's deep, it's fun, it's sad, it's heartbreaking. This episode got me tearing up in the last few minutes. When it ended I had this feeling that I really needed to cry but it wasn't because of Adam and Hannah's break-up but because of how committed these actors seemed to be. And this brings me to character development. One thing I was missing from the show last season was that there wasn't enough time to understand the characters. This year it's exactly the opposite. They managed in only five episodes to do so. This season is turning out to be the best season of Girls and Hannah to be my personal favorite. This episode, was extremely heartbreaking. So, congrats on Lenah Dunham and her crew for keeping us starving for more episodes.
