First half Nonsensical comedy and a Cheesy second half but it grows on you

In the first five minutes there was a buildup to this predictable joke. His cousin was writing the tenth class exam as his proxy because our hero Bullebbai cannot seem to pass the exams on his seventh or eighth attempt. Upon getting caught he pulls the female examiner's shawl and blackmails her with suicide and a note blaming her in an inappropriate relationship. So instead of sending him to jail they let him go. Meanwhile his former classmate who is now in the US keeps calling and taunting him with the confidence that Bullebbai could never reach him. Naidu comes as filler with his mindless comedy. He Pranks the local students who are interviewing for jobs as entertainment. A superstition helps the story along summoning Bullebbai to go along to the airport to pickup his cousin, Neelaveni, whom he loves. In a flashback we realize that she got caught helping him cheat and had to repeat a year. I understand why she is angry with him. A song. They prank one another as she rejects her suitors. Bullebbai inadvertently ruins the engagement by bringing the fiancé out of the closet or revealing his attraction to the transgender. A censored lip to lip kiss later and just before the interval I realized that it is a Telugu remake of 'Namaste London'. A marriage under false pretenses to get her family off her back. The fake husband and fake wife leave for the US. He meets his former classmate who works at a petrol pump who bragged about the spectacular life he is living, here in the US. Soon they visit a strip club and a song. Drunk he hits a stripper thinking that it is Neelaveni. A lot of comedic slapstick as Bullebbai tries to impress Neelaveni. She does not mind miscegenation as she was dating a Japanese guy. That was about the only cool thing about her. She sees Bullebbai as a villager while a neighbor of hers is impressed with him. She dates this doctor next who plans everything. In the engagement the guy's sister gives the worst speech ever. Also he stupidly states 'if not you another girl would be in your place engaged to me but the engagement date would not have changed' in reply to her saying 'he is lucky to have found her before this date'. Come on nobody is that stupid. So she chose the less dumber guy. The End.
