Couldn't stop smiling

Warning: Spoilers
I thought this episode was so cute. It really nicely showed off the family dynamics and reminds me why Bobs Burgers is different from all those other adult comedy shows, it has heart. The characters genuinely like each other, they laugh together, cheer each other up, and love each other. Tina felt so real and so teen this episode, often she just feels like a responsible, butt-obsessed teen but this episode really showed the other side of her. Her need to be wanted and accepted by others. Bob and Linda's dedication to help Tina was so cute and real, parents will do anything go their kids. I also enjoyed Gene and Louise's subplot. I didn't think much of it besides some jokes about how smelly Gene was but the conclusion was not what I was expecting. Super cute, definitely recommend watching.

Why aren't I like that?

"These Boots Are Made for Stalking," from Bob's Burgers, is an excellent episode that focuses on the theme of social anxiety and features a standout performance by Tina. The episode follows Tina as she develops a new obsession with some cool kids, only to become obsessed with them and their music preferences, to the point where she starts to stalk them.

What sets this episode apart is how it tackles the subject of social anxiety in a compassionate and realistic way. It portrays Tina as a relatable character struggling to get out of her own head and break out of her comfort zone. Throughout the episode, she is forced to confront her own fears and insecurities, leading to a greater sense of self-awareness and self-confidence.

The episode is particularly impactful due to the way it portrays Tina's siblings and parents as being understanding and supportive. Bob and Linda are shown to be loving and non-judgmental parents, always willing to offer a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. Likewise, Tina's younger siblings, Gene and Louise, are shown to be supportive and encouraging of their sister, despite not always understanding her struggles.

What results is a feel-good episode that celebrates not only the importance of self-acceptance but also the importance of having supportive friends and family. It's a terrific episode that will leave viewers feeling uplifted and encouraged, thanks in no small part to the excellent treatment of social anxiety and Tina's always supportive character.

Great episode!

Warning: Spoilers
This is the second episode this season that has made me cry. Tina is one of my favorite characters because I see myself a lot in her and this episode showed so perfectly the struggle of trying to be cool because you don't see yourself as cool. I loved that Bob and Linda let Tina go through that journey and supported her along the way. I also loved the advice Linda gave to Tina to cheer her up. I feel like this episode immaculately encapsulates what it's like to be a teen trying to find themselves. Like I've said before, the Belchers are a great family that are there for each other and support each other and that's why this show is my comfort show and I can't wait for the next episode!

One of Tina's finest episodes

"These Boots Are Made for Stalking" is one of my favorite episodes of this season so far. While it may not quite surmount "The Plight Before Christmas," its jokes, lesson, and heart were all handled incredibly well. The ending really does knock it out of the park, and I found myself laughing more frequently than the previous few episodes, all of which were still enjoyable. Tina's storyline allowed her to shine immensely as a character, both from a humorous and emotional standpoint. It's episodes like these that make me thankful Bob's Burgers is still on the air. The series really has maintained a consistent quality throughout its lengthy run, and this season is turning out to be one of my favorites. I cannot wait to see what the rest of it has in store.

Literally emotional watching Bobs Burgers

Warning: Spoilers
This Tina focused episode not only brought me back to my teen years but it made me feel nostalgia for that feeling of wanting to fit in and join the cool kids. I could feel everything she felt with the longing for new friends, new style, and needing to belong to a group of people. Also when she embarrassed herself countless times was something extremely relatable. This episode is a great example of what it's like trying to be a teenager and especially a teen girl trying to make sense of this world and find your people. At the end when Sage finally notices Tina and starts chatting her up made me pretty emotional, especially after she left and Tina's genuine reaction was so incredibly excited and relieved. I could see myself in her in this episode and honestly it's one of the best Tina episodes i've seen in a while.

Repetitive
yrodriguez-938406 March 2023
As usual the show has lost its luster 13 yrs in. The first 10 or so years was good, decent but now 80% of these episodes are just not that funny storylines are being stretched and repetitive and nothing original anymore. Albeit Teddy wasn't in this too much they have literally ruined his character and that they've written him to be so insecure and mentally handicapped. With this episode it's the samd old song and dance with Tina. She tries to be something she's not and as usual it makes her and the episode awkward and uneasy in a couple scenes. I mean these writers just re-hatch earlier characters that were discovered in the first few seasons. And Bob sounds more and more like Jimmy Jr. Even though they're the same voice actor it's that bob's speech is exactly like Jr's but just deeper. He never sounded like Jr up until a couple seasons back. And the ending is ALWAYS the same where the family or kids makeup in the end, as again in this episode. It's tiring and boring to see the same stuff. S o they're out of ideas and improvement and characterization but unfortunately they're signed for another couple seasons. I know I'll probably get down voted on this but at least I know I'm not the only one who feels like this.
