English back in for the Dogs, Rowbottom kicks the first goal for Sydney. Amartey takes a good contested mark and converts, the Swans start to run away with it early. Amartey again with a good contested mark and goal. Umpire gives Johannisen a free goal. Sydney quickly replies though, Swans up 37 at quarter-time. The Dogs get another gift from the umpire, absolutely ridiculous. Ladhams subbed out for the Swans, no real backup ruck. Bont kicks a miracle goal, Sydney up 29 at the half. Heeney manages to weave through 5 Bulldog players from the boundary and kick a goal, to open the 3rd. Buddy turns down a set-shot from 15 out, plays on and misses, but then wants to take the set-shot soon after from 50, ends up missing both. He and Papley missing many shots, Sydney do kick the lead back out though, up 49 at 3-quarter time and home by 53 points. The Dogs annihilated in this one. The Swans handily won the hit-outs, with Reid actually getting the better of English. Sydney +1 in clearances with more of the footy, 22 more tackles and dominating in the air.
