- Ariel's story - "Wish Upon a Starfish":
- A huge waterwave destroys a window, causing a "human thing" to fall into water.
- Ariel, Flounder and Sebastian are caught by a huge waterwave, and washed up to a beach. They are all okay.
- A cat attempts to attack Sebastian.
- A dancing girl almost steps on Sebastian, without seeing it.
- A snapping turtle tries to attack Ariel and co.
- Ariel and Gabriella are caught by some killer crabs and stuck in their net, but saved by Sebastian. Some killer crabs try to attack Sebastian, Flounder and an octopus.

- Jasmine's story - "Bad Mood Rising":
- This segment's main characters are exposed to a great earthquake. Alladin falls into a large crack and almost gets impaled by spiked rocks. Both him and Carper managed to get away, before they could get crushed by the closing crack.
- Genie, Iago and Abu get struck by a lightning, but don't die.
- Alladin fights King Mamood's guards. Jasmine throws one guard into a tall vase.
- King Mamood tends to create earthquake, thunder and volcano eruption, as a part of some violent acts against the main characters.
- Genie is burnt by lava and turns into stone, so Alladin has to dig him out of the stone.

- "Wish Upon a Starfish": Ariel and co. have to swim through the Fearful Forest and the Cave of Terror, and past some killer crabs.
- "Bad Mood Rising": The young King Mamood can create violent earthquake, thunder and massive volcano eruption, depending on how angry he gets. Most of this especially happens when he will do anything to keep Princess Jasmine for himself. It is simply the most dramatic moment in the entire direct-to-video film by Disney.
- There is nothing intense or frightening at all.
