We have selected Vashishta Sinha thinking that the person playing the role of Naeem should show his personality but should not be imitated. Vashishta performed well in the lead role. Nowhere in the film is it shown that Naeem is a good hero. Naeem had to become a criminal due to the mistakes made by the police, Naxalites and politicians. Naeem made mistakes between these three systems and became a villain. Some have suggested that Naeem Diaries be divided into three parts. If so we made it into a single film that would never be a floating affair. Because if Naeem's life is taken correctly, a thousand scenes can be done. Naidu was used by the police as an informer at a time of fierce fighting between the Naxalites and the government.
Naeem becomes a monster with the injustice done to his beloved sister. The media only showed the public the version that the police said in the Naeem Encounter. But the actual separation happened. Directed by Damu Balaji, the movie is titled 'Nayeem Diaries'. The film will hit screens on December 10. Actor Vasishta Simha will play the title role in the movie. The makers recently released a trailer of 'Nayeem Diaries' on YouTube.
"The story is about the renegade Nayeem, who influenced political and administrative systems and how he was gunned down by the police in an encounter. There is a lot of research that went into his life post the encounter," Balaji said while sharing his experiences as a revolutionary when he happened to work with Nayeem who went underground in the past.

Nayeem Diaries, A fictional account of ganster Nayeem, told with almost new faces. It's finally a very good Gangster drama and action thriller with good screenplay and realistic treatment.
It's a work based on a real life gangster Mohammad Nayeemuddin who rose from a Maoist to a police informer to a dreaded gangster, raised to thousands of crores, finally killed in an alleged police encounter. It's a fictional story based on life of gangster Nayeem.
Performances: All the actors did well. Vasista Simha as Nayeem fitted the bill perfectly. And, other highlights are the actors who played the character of SK by Sasikumar Rajendran, Bahubali Nikhil in Nayeem Child episodes, Nayeem sister by Yagna Shetty and Nayeem's love interest played by Samyukta. On whole, We see no actors - only characters on screen, that's the best part.
Technicalities: Production values of the film are impressive.
Photography that made the locations a character of the story is natural and good.
No songs, Minima Music approach Good Editing
Direction: Daamu Balaji, with strong writer backdrop, also given the script for RGV's Killing veerappan, his writing is the main strength of the movie. He is in complete form with his screenplay, dialogue and direction. He justified the subject he has taken successfully.
Finally, the Movie is fresh and highly satisfying for the audience who prefer serious movies.
If you want to spend your weekend in a meaningful way, go for it.
