This film attempts to show how a bunch of losers might function as members of an emerging petty criminal gang. It closely resembles a home movie. Unimaginatively shot primarily in a garage. Poor direction and marginal acting. Dialog is dull and seems mostly adlibbed. Outcome is overly predictable. Could be a commercial for smoking! Viewed at Japan Cuts. WILLIAM FLANIGAN
