- Viewers with empathy for animals will find the spider-smashing scenes in episode one disturbing.
- A few references to murder, death and animal cruelty but very mild.
- Multiple highly over-the-top graphic bloody scenes which may be quite disturbing throughout the series but all of these are played for laughs.
- Mandy's removed tattoo leaves a rather gruesome area on her back. This could be a little disturbing but also played for laughs.
- Mandy uses the scab from her back as an ashtray. This is comical but quite disturbing.

- Mandy Carter is often causing extreme damage and chaos in certain places and sometimes the destruction can be quite intense- such as when she sets fire to the bathroom of a burger place. Although this is comical, it may be overwhelming for some younger viewers.
- Mandy's tattoo removal is rather stressful and she is in enormous amounts of pain as she bites down on a wooden spoon.
- A passer-by is hit by an artifact off-screen. He is then seen lying down in the middle of the street. No blood is shown.
