A cute little CG short
planktonrules12 March 2008
This short film stars a dragon slayer--a man who travels the land killing the beasts. However, after dispatching one dragon, there's a bit of a surprise--leading to a bit of a change of heart.

This is a very good CG short film, though I must admit that there are MANY excellent CG films coming out these days due to exceptional computers and rendering software. Because there are so many films out there by film students and even advanced home users, the high quality of the animation of DRAGONSLAYER isn't all that unusual. What sets it apart though, is the storytelling--which is very sweet and imaginative. A definite keeper!

beautiful

The animation itself is beautiful , convincing and the drop for realism who is not so unfamiliar to the viewers. But the film has a lovely storytelling. Dramatic, amusing, touching, it is the real gem of this short film about a victory of a dragonslayer and his end of career. Many scenes are great but, for me, splendid remains the beginning . The two blacksmiths , front to their iron foundry , admiring the brave knight. Short, a profound beautiful animation.
