Five TJs (travel journalists) from across the USA - Gabe, Renee, Josh, Tiffany and Tony embark on a travel journey across the Pacific. With their own video cameras, it's all to each of them to chronicle their travel adventures in the Pacific region.
The countries which the five TJs went to are - Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand. And it's all up to the viewers to decide what should they do through the 5 Takes message board. A very different kind of travel show, given they each have a limited budget.
Each had his/her own personality and so it's always interesting and fun to see how each destination works out for the individual.
It's a travel show with five very different perspectives. And who knows, you may learn something new out of it. As it happened to me when the Singapore episode was aired here on the cable last year. Being a born and bred Singaporean for all my lifetime, it was refreshing to see my birthplace from a different angle. I learned of things I thought I always knew!
