An evil General Kwan and scientists of the Eastern Alliance have developed a deadly virus X-41, which destroys molecular structures, and can flatten entire buildings. They've also developed an antibody formula to stop the deadly process. Joe is assigned the mission of obtaining the formula from a secret lab, and receives the brain patterns of a British researcher Dr. Baxter as well as transfer of patterns from a WIN agent to facilitate his expertise.
I was hoping this episode was a forecast of the Covid-19 virus pandemic (from China) 50 years later, but this virus was not a disease.
