We have ex-football players caught up in gambling debts, some sort of contest between German Troopers and Texas Rangers (featuring Walker and Trivette), and a charismatic Pentecostal church show that is all about the money.
The main theme is the bad guy collecting on gamblers who can't pay their debt. Hit men, threats, the usual.
The next theme is Walker and Trivette going up against two German Troopers (?) in a shooting contest, then an Iron Man triathlon. Then we get a smiling preacher leading a choir in a fund-raising shakedown. The preacher's son is in on a plot to steal the Collection Plate.
Good fighting as usual, but there are just too many things going on to keep track. The best I can do for "Power Angels" is 6 stars.
