David fears surgery for a knee injury; an aggressive tomboy has a crush on Mark.
This episode is very unoriginal and not very well executed. The only memorable parts are when Mark and Willie are pretending to "operate" on the turkey in order to freak David out even more, when Valerie tells the tomboy chick to "Tone it down" in regard to her pursuit of Mark, and the funny gifts that Mrs. Poole brings to David - an Etch-a-Sketch and a teddy bear.
Also, it's not very believable that David could chicken out then just show up at the hospital later to have them resume his surgery.
You can skip this one without missing much. 5/10.
