Warning: Spoilers
While there's no evidence that the girls would get to this point after over three years together where they would need therapy to deal with roommates issues. Certainly by this time, they would have come to terms with the issues about each other that irritate each other, particularly Blanche's selfish nature and Rose's dumb stories and Dorothy's pomposity (which I found overrated as a personality issue), while no mention is made of Sophia's infrequent blunt remarks. Individual jokes at each other's expense are extremely funny, especially Rose's description of how dog doo turns white. There are jabs at Florence Henderson, Lucille Ball and "Designing Women", at Betty's babbling and constant cheeriness and flightiness. In spite of the weak set-up, the episode has some well written "flashbacks" that makes up for the weak premise.

Warning: Spoilers
All the four girls seem to have an issue with each other and go to a psychologist. There they tell the stories of the problems that they have. Dorothy tells how Blanche was inconsiderate when she was sick and they had a double date. They tell how Rose made a work ad for Dorothy and put it into personals. How Dorothy didn't let Rose and Blanche stay with her because she had to study. And Sophia tells how she gave them all advice. he says they are incompatible and shouldn't live together.

The story has some funny moments. The best of the memories was Rose and the ad. Hilarity! I also like how the psychologist noticed that Dorothy didn't do anything wrong when she had to study. And luckily they decided to stay together so we still have a few seasons left.

The Girls have reached a point where they're all fed up with one another, they all head to a Psychiatrist, and a few home truths come out.

It's yet another flashback episode, a format that they tried out earlier on, to good success, and it has worked well every single time, this is another classic, it's very funny seeing the girls clashing and going for one another.

Every segment is very funny, the first one, Blanche trying to bully Dorothy into a double date, side splitting, showing just how selfish Blanche can be, when it comes to men that is. The second sees poor Rose making a mistake, causing to some big problems for Dorothy, poor Rose, and of course the third sees Dorothy's sensible, cool headed attitude questioned.

The fourth, poor Sophia, she seems to have been omitted from the title.

'I'll say hail Marys until Madonna has a hit movie.' What a classic line, and the truth.

Seeing even Doctor Ashley telling Rose to shut up, that was very funny too.

8/10.

It should be called Four on a Couch. Since all four girls go to therapy. The title implies only three of them went to therapy. I'm assuming they aren't counting Sophia as one of the girls. I've noticed on the show when they refer to "the girls", they seem to leave Sophia out a lot.
