***SPOILERS*** Colorized re-make of the 1955 Alfred Hitchcock Presents episode "Breakdown" about a corrupt businessman Bill Callahan, John Heard, who ends up getting everything that's coming to him for all the hurt he caused to everyone he came in contact with. The last straw in Callahan's back-stabbing dealings was when he set up his #1 man Alejandro, Andy Garcia, running his drug, cocaine, operation in Barrero South America. Having him caught red handed by the military governor Gen. Vorteez's, Manuel Ojeda, police with both sacks of cocaine and cash, to pay off the general,Alejandro is sent away for life in a rat infested prison. With the now back-stabbing Callahan getting a free pass in running his drug operation by Gen. Vorteez for making him look good in having drug kingpin Alejandro arrested.

Now feeling great, in having the heat off him, and on his way to the airport Callahan's car overturns speeding through a construction site leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak. Being able to see and hear the situation that he's in but not able to do, or say, anything about it the helpless Calhallan is picked up by the local hospital ambulance and brought to the morgue to be dissected and prepared for burial.

***SPOILERS*** Desperetly trying to show signs of life Callahan finally manages to force a tear out of his eye as the morgue assistant is about to cut him open and remove his bodily organs. You can just, like Callahan did, imagine what Callahan thought when he saw just who was about to slice him up who in fact was more impressed and happy in doing it to him alive then him being dead! ***MAJOR SPOILER*** It turned out to be the very man Callahan set up to take the heat, in running his drug operation, in keeping him from ending up behind bars is the one who's about to carve him up!
