Utter brilliance

Warning: Spoilers
Best episode ever, easily. I saw it for the first time today, and was blown away, it is CLASSIC A Team.

Murdoc is so good, the other actors can hardly keep a straight face through most of it, especially Mr T (B.A.). With Face pardoned, Murdoc decides to promote himself to suave ladies man, and apes Face's mannerisms. And he even gets hold of a jet pack. That's right, a jet pack!

If you enjoyed the series for it's daftness, fun, and many, many flaws, you'll love this episode, rewind your sky plus (or TeVo) and love to all over again.

Fun Episode

Face is pardoned. Or is he? Hannibal finds it all suspicious. Is it a trick to lure out the Team? Surprisingly . . . But there's the twist.

Shelagh McLeod seems to be channeling Jane Merrow. Which is no bad thing. The normally impeccable David Hedison ("Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea," "Live and Let Die," "Licence to Kill") looks like he was dragged through a hedge backward. Which is no bad thing. And the Team has a whole new set of military enemies. I miss Decker.

Highlight: Face is interviewed by a chicken. Another highlight is Murdock doing his version of Face and vice-versa. Delightful episode.

Was this episode really necessary?

This was, by far, the worst episode in the first 4 seasons. (The fifth season was one for the dustbin.) The plot was implausible and the dialogue could have been written by a first-grade class.
