During the first chase scene, Hannibal is visible sitting in the front passenger seat, then appears firing a machine gun from the back of the van, and seconds later is back in the front.
Face, after hugging B.A., holds suitcase in his right hand. In the next shot he holds suitcase with both hands.
General Fulbright wears no medals. It is impossible for any military personnel to achieve the rank of general without being awarded several medals. And army protocols stipulate that, when in uniform, medals or, at least, ribbons will be worn.
When Face gets abducted by the Chinese goons in the helicopter, Hannibal says there are no markers on the helicopter. But in small letters on both sides at the front and in very large letters on the bottom is the registration number N331WD.
After Murdock, or 'Hunkman' rescues Hannibal and B.A., the camera pans to the left and a boom mike is seen retreating above Hannibal's head.
At the end, and with no explanations both before and after, B.A. willingly jumps into the waiting helicopter and flies off with the team, with Murdock as the pilot. This is not in-line with his character at all when he always needs to be unconscious or in love to fly.
