- A dead woman's breasts are exposed to feed baby.
- A man walks through the hallway of a brothel and several very brief scenes of 2 different people having sex but one is seen and other one is not shown.
- A man is sucking on a woman's breast (we see this from the back, so suckling action is not seen) and when he lifts his head, milk is dripping from the sides of his mouth and down his chin.
- A man and woman have sex which gets interrupted by a shootout. The woman continues to hang on to the man even when he gets up during the shootout. The woman is only partially undressed, the man is naked, but only partial buttocks are shown. We the briefly see one of the woman's breasts.
- A man stands behind a dumpster receiving oral sex from a woman. No nudity.
- A dead woman's breast is shown and a man begins to fondle her.

- A man has a soiled diaper shoved in his face.
- A man is shot in the foot and blood squirts causing him to collapse. The man then shoots him in the head and the credits roll.
- When it looks like a man is going to kill another, he puts his hand in a fire, causing the bullets lodged between his broken fingers to fire, striking that other person (with bloody results, as well as one of his fingers to be on fire). He then shoots the man through the mouth (we then see through the man's head from the hole in the back).
- In a warehouse shootout one man is shot in the genitals (blood sprays graphically).
- Two men get into a gun standoff, with the former then using a severed hand to fire a fingerprint-enabled handgun at him, hitting and downing him (we later see he's wearing a bulletproof vest).
- We see various dead and bloody men and women on the floor of a lab.
- Men in a large vehicle chase a man who's on foot. He then jumps off a bridge, shooting a car's sunroof below him, and then drops into the car through that opening. A car chase then occurs, the man then opens his car door to hit one shooter, and then fires his machine gun at the others. He then removes his seatbelt, purposefully smashes into the vehicle and ends up flying out of his car, and into the other vehicle where he shoots everyone there dead.
- A man uses his own spraying blood to blind a bad guy before shooting him dead.
- A man throws something that hits one goon, and that's followed by another gun battle on a rooftop where, among other things, letters in a neon sign are hit. During that, he runs and jumps from one building to another, through the closed window, breaking it.
- A man shoots many assassins who arrive on the scene, doing various stunts in the middle of that (sliding on the floor while firing, etc.), and some of that violence has bloody results (spraying out from gunshot wounds, etc while delivering a pregnant woman's baby, and shoots the umbilical cord to separate the mother from her newborn (also with bloody results on her, her clothing, and their surroundings, and a blood trail).
- A man hits a woman on the head with a gun to quiet her (knocking her out, followed by him carrying her), but a shot hits the woman in the head, killing her (with bloody results -- a hole and some down her face). Using his own wounded man for cover, the man shoots the man dead so that he can steady his own shot balanced on that man's body.
- A man shoves a carrot into another person's mouth and then kicks it in, with blood dripping from the back of his head.
- A miscellaneous woman spots and approaches an infant, but a man shoots and kills her from a distance (with a sniper rifle). The man then prepares to shoot the baby, but a person rushes toward it, firing his gun to hit the Merry-Go-Round's railing, thus making it spin around and prevent the man from getting a clean shot. He then snags the baby off it.
- Two men rumble and some shooting happens, the person tries to burn another mans arm with a heating pad, he drops his gun, but pulls a knife on him, they fight but eventually one gets a grip, but spares the other person's life.
- A shootout occurs, with lots of blood seen.
- A woman is briefly tortured, a man fires his gun and then sticks the barrel of the gun into sensitive areas of her body. However, another man comes to save her.
- Decapitated hand is shown, it is used to fire a gun that has a safety mechanism.
- A man shoots many goons dead (with various weapons), and even knocks one out by shooting the back of a filing cabinet drawer, causing the front end to pop out and hit the guy on the head. The man then goes down the inside of an open stairwell on a rope, shooting even more dead with a machine gun. The leader then shoots the rope, sending him falling the rest of the way toward the floor, but he lands on a body down there and is okay.
- A man is stabbed in the eye with a carrot.
- Another shootout occurs with lots of detailed shooting and man also lands on another man, that causes him to spit up blood.
- A man and a woman are ambushed during sex, resulting in more shooting.
- At a warehouse a man gets a hold on an asset of weapons, he constructs them into trap-pits. Later on several goons get butchered heavily.
- A man holds his gun on a corrupt politician, with others then holding their guns on him (on a plane). He then takes the politician down into the below-deck hold where he shoots him dead (in the head, with bloody results).
- A woman starts to spank her son, a man interrupts him and he spanks her. A guard comes to tell them to knock it off, the man punches him.
- A man is shot, with blood flowing.
- A man jumps from a plane, followed by various goons, with a gun battle breaking out during their freefall. He shoots some and uses one's body as a shield to block gunfire back at him. Some hand-to-hand fighting also occurs, culminating in one bad guy falling into a helicopter's spinning rotors. We see an arm come off (along with other blood) and then see that limb on the ground, along with the dead corpses with rats feeding on them.
- A man is briefly tortured by getting his fingers broken.
- A man holds a scalpel near another man's eye, but the man head-butts him (thus impaling the scalpel into his head, from which he then pulls it out). He then uses that scalpel to stab and slice others (all with bloody results).
- A man's ribcage is blown.
- Diner is attacked by a gang of criminals, a man shoots them with well aimed shots, one involves shooting a finger off, another's ear and so on.
