A funeral is the first scene of this movie, just like in Godfather II and this is only the first of many quotations. The film tells the true story of the mobster Tano Guarrasi. However the story is just a pretext to depict Mafia in an absolutely new, irreverent, mocking way: you'll see "mafiosi" - ridiculous or very effeminate "mafiosi" - dancing and singing. The actors are unprofessional actors from Vucciria, Palermo's quarter where the true Tano Guarrasi lived. I love this movie because the idea - mafia in musical - is quite original.
