First, I don't think anyone should be surprised by the trio's cars, private jet, hotel accommodations, etc. These are all successful actors and this is the life they have. Who cares. I'm entertained by their banter and dark humor. I can tell the "burns" are given with love. Their discussions about salads and bowel habits and historic landmarks make them look like dingalings, which is the point of the show.
I'm sure having conversation in front of an audience was strange. And they handled the rude fans/audience members well.
