Looks like a lot of climate deniers watched this and decided to give it a low rating because they don't like the truth pushed so far up in their face.
The show has an all-star cast, there's some dark comedy, a lot of irony, well acted roles, connection with different people / points of view, and the glaring fact that everything that's happening in the show is starting to happen right now in real life, and will probably be what's to come. It's a good warning which no one will heed, because no one cares.
Aside from the very obvious warning, this is a good show, with a good story line (several story lines), that's been very well done. They spared no expense.
