Season 5, Episode 15
7/10
The best part, and one of the best episodes of season 5.

Warning: Spoilers
The storm, part. 1 set everything in place, for this big emotional turmoil. Jeanie is hospitalized, and learns she might have hepatitis C. The African refugees story, reach a terrible end. And Doug Ross decides to leave everything behind, and move to Seattle. There's also a part where they rescue victims from a bus crash. But how many times have we seen this on medical dramas? The last episodes were weird, and the fatal attraction mini-plot, was very random. The storm, part 2, is where the season delivers compelling characterizations. And I admit, I loved seeing Mr. Doug Ross being called out on all the stupid and selfish things he has done, since day one on the show. He can be good with kids, but that doesn't excuse his self indulgent behavior. And it was time Mark acknowledged that. I couldn't even feel sorry for Carol, or be sad at hers and Ross's tearful goodbye. Because he just brought it on himself. And Carol should be pissed he didn't stay for her. There are other clinics in Chicago. But I get it, the actor needed to leave. So, good riddance. I also loved Weaver in this episode. I always tend to like her the most, but she really is a good friend to Jeanie. For still being there for her, even after her last year's betrayal. I'm also glad, every time Carter and Lucy decide not to pursue their fling. It just didn't work, and she's killed off next season. So, no pressure... The lack of Benton and Corday, don't bother me much, because their arcs this season, aren't as exciting as others, so far.
