The eleventh entry into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this One-Shot simply sets up the beginning of SHIELD, a United States government agency first teased in Iron Man 2. It's a fun little short, and as a plus it's always nice to see Hayley Atwells character put arrogant assholes in their place. The ending gives the audience a little cameo from Dominic Cooper, who portrayed Howard Stark in an earlier installment from the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Captain America: The First Avenger. It even has a post credit scene, which is surprisingly considering the One-Shots previously released do not share that quality.
