Rivers Edge has an interesting enough concept but it so badly handled it starts to become difficult to watch. Tonally it is way off and the performances, especially Crispin Glover, leave you uncomfortable throughout. It's a shame as it has a storyline that if handled correctly could make for a really decent movie.
