Unfortunately the fundamentalist church teaches religious rules over relationship and Godly conviction. They guilt people into a certain lifestyle and preach if you don't live this way you are not right with God. From a human perspective We want to be accepted and belong so we put on a show when our hearts are not truly seeking God. We are seeking mans approval. The problem? We fake it. Our families live with us outside of the church and see us one way in church and another way outside of church. This is when we teach our children about hippocracy and how to be a Hippocrate. This is the problem with this family and it begins and ends with the parents. Jesus told the Pharisees (the religious crowd) they were full of dead men's bones. He saw their hearts and knew it was all an out word show to appear holy when their hearts were far from God.
I'm not going to begin to name the ungodly behavior of the parents, it's for God to judge. I will say until they let go of their control issues God will not heal their family. He will allow them to continue in their religious hippocracy and there will be no healing. This mother and father are an embarrassment to the cause of Christ. Not to mention they put it on tv for unsaved people to see. Then we wonder.
