The wedding was beautiful and well worth the wait!
7 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
The wedding is four days away and Ro's dad comes in to town for the event. Coincidentally, a body is discovered in concrete at a warehouse of one of Aida's clients. Bernard, who happens to be an old friend and collegue of Ro's Dad, Charles, happens to be the previous owner. This leads to some awkward questions and a lie, as the body ends up being one of Charles and Bernard's former coworker. Nick enjoys getting to meet Charles as Ro speaks so highly of him and Aida seems to be rekindling her former romance with Charles. In addition to Ro recognizing the deceased from a high school memory, an old sweetheart of his also show up to identify the police sketch.

Nick ends up asking Philip to step in as best man when his brother is unable to make the wedding. Meanwhile, both Ro and Nick are intrigued by this murder mystery and manage to work it in to their wedding schedule...especially when it seems that Charles, who is very loyal to his friends, may be involved.

Dynamic and unpredictable...she is perfect! I loved Nick's mom's take on how perfect Aurora is for her son Nick.

"You never have to apologize for being you, Ro."-Nick.

Aurora Teagarden Mystery Series is still one of my free favorite mystery series on Hallmark along with Hannah Swensen's Murder she Baked and Mystery 101. This mystery did not disappoint and neither did the wedding! I love this series and highly recommend it. I look forward to each and every episode and hope that the series continues on and on.

"A marriage that lasts is no mystery. It is a choice that two people make every day."-Charles.
