Creepozoids (1987) is another movie I recently watched on Tubi. The storyline involves the end of the world as we know it after a nuclear war exterminates most of the human race leaving just a few scavengers. The planet also has strange mutant creatures everywhere that make survival a challenge. This movie is directed by David DeCoteau (Puppetmaster III) and stars Linnea Quigley (The Return of the Living Dead), Ken Abraham (The Forgotten), Richard L. Hawkins (Frances) and Ashlyn Gere (The One). The set-up and storyline for this had potential but the execution was a disaster. Some movies make the most of their budget, this didn't (which was only $75,000). The creatures in this are absolutely awful. The cover art doesn't match the cast at all...neither does the creature. This is one of those movies that when it was released the VHS cover art got you excited and the movie let you down. I'd score this a 3/10 and recommend skipping it.
