This episode is... unfortunate. It tries to jump onto the illegal domestic surveillance scene about 5 years late. And of course the air force general is a cardboard cutout baddie with heavy fascist leanings. Honestly, he felt more like a comic book charactature. With writing this bad, it's small wonder this show was on it's way out. I just hope we don't end up revisiting this story line later.
