Good fun til the last 10 minutes that ruin the movie

It was a fun movie, not extremely believable, but it was enjoyable. The story doesn´t make much sense, but I didn´t expect that. It was fun to watch. Up til the last 10 minutes - which are so ridiculous. Diving wthout metal suit in 150meters deep is instant kill. Thats just simple physics. And then, suddenly, they are supposed to be near the US coast, when they were in the middle of the atlantic ocean moments before and havent moved an inch. WTF? Awesome way to ruin a movie that was fun up til then.
