First I have to say;if you change the entire cast of a show it's no longer the same show...stop saying it is!!!
For the first half dozen seasons this was not only the best medical show on tv but the best show,period....after that I started losing interest to the point that when I saw the ad for the final episode I thought to myself "what? That show is still on the air? I thought that ended years ago"
ER went from a great show to a,not a bad show, but a forgettable one so I averaged it out to 7/10
