I definitely wouldn't call this a bad move, but there's something not quite on point and I'm not sure what. The acting is reasonable but I feel that it could have been much better. I gave it a 7.
On the other hand, in sea of gay-themed duds this is really quite good. If you like the genre, you'll probably enjoy it. I am not sure if I'd watch it more than once though
