There is one good song, I guess. Felicia is cute, even in this dirty looking everything (scenarios, design, clothing, etc). There is a nicely shot scene at the beginning of the park location during the good song, but it immediately changes to poor lighting and awful colors. Everything else is awful looking. There is not enough substance, good lines or character moments to make this memorable. And the songs given to Filion (the people's hero) are terrible.
