Suprising, original, enthralling and dizzyingly engaging. Like with their last film Good Time the Safdie Brothers take every opportunity to defy expectations and conquer movie tropes. I could see how average audiences might get turned off cause it doesn't hit all the familiar/pre-destined beats, but for an audience hungry for something fresh this is the film for you.
