Well, this sucked as a horror movie and it wasn't much of a thriller. It was farcical. It was a possession movie at its core, but the possessing spirit was so absurd it was laughable. The J.D. in J.D.'s Revenge was a 1940's hustler replete with the conk, loud foul mouth, and brash personality. It was so unintentionally hilarious that I watched just for the laughs. This is not to say it was a good comedy, it was just a better comedy than it was anything else.
