Review of Ghosted

Ghosted (I) (2017)
4/10
Craig Robinson is the only funny actor in this cast
29 June 2018
Adam Scott is horribly unfunny. He has no comedy timing with Craig Robinson, no chemistry with anyone else, and he seems to be trying to be the only funny guy on this show. He is annoying instead of funny.

Ally Walker, formerly of Profiler, has no clue that she is on a comedy show. Every time she is on screen, she kills any comedy vibe that may have been building up. She is trying to be the "straight man," but her acting is grim. She manages to be more depressing than when she was on Profiler.

Adeel Akhtar is trying too hard to be the Indian guy from The Big Bang Theory, and failing awfully. Akhtar is not subtle. He is over the top in every scene. His acting is desperate, and not funny.

This cast has nobody funny on it except for Craig Robinson. I don't think any of them get what the show is supposed to be about. Maybe the writers do not know what the show is about. It seems to go in different directions every episode. Craig Robinson is great when he is the focus of an episode.
