Lisa Ryder (Donna Adams) is the first female detective in a an overly sexist department. The town has an unsolved S&M hooker murder, as it seems that is a major calling in this city. The audience does not know the identity of the killer who wears an ominous leather face.
The biggest crime of the film was committed by Donna Adams who is clearly guilty of impersonating an actress. The film has some camp valve. It is a 1990's film that looks like a horrible 70's film in both style and quality. Part of a ten film Horror package on 2 DVDs.
