I don't really get why this movie was so badly reviewed. I enjoyed it and I don't get what was so bad to gain such negative publicity. It was heartwarming and entertaining and had some pretty funny and touching moments. Okay I get that this whole dog thing is kind of overused in cinema today and it is just an easy way to make the audience more emotional and touched but you already knew that when you went to the cinema to watch a movie called 'A Dog's purpose' right? Plus this is not exactly the case with this one. It talks about unconditional love and the importance of a friend in every stage of a person's life especially when that person lives in a dysfunctional family or has other problems with it's personal life. I am not trying to say that this movie is a masterpiece it is still guilty for clichés and some stupid scenes here and there but these are things you can not avoid. So yes I recommend it to the simplest among us. It is an easy movie to watch at any time and it will be very entertaining for those who are not very used to watching movies.
