Dark Matter (2015–2017)
7/10
good setup and great cast

Warning: Spoilers
Spaceship Raza is heavily damaged. Its crew is awaken from stasis with amnesia and no clues to their identities. They name themselves in the order of being awaken; One (Marc Bendavid), Two (Melissa O'Neil), Three (Anthony Lemke), Four (Alex Mallari Jr.), Five (Jodelle Ferland), and Six (Roger Cross). The ship activates the security Android (Zoie Palmer). They are able to reboot its programming but the ship's memory has been erased. Slowly, they uncover their troubled pasts and their places in the troubled universe including an alternate one.

The start is solid setting up for a terrific sci-fi adventure. The cast is great and I love their chemistry. There are plenty of surprises. There may be too many twists and turns. Going into an alternate universe may be one turn too many. I prefer to stay in the same universe and explore it. With the clones and the alternate universe doubles, it becomes a complicated doubling cast. That probably lost some of the audience. The third season improves as I get used to the new twisty world. That's actually the best of the show but it gets canceled anyways.
