One of the late movies of Atil Yilmaz, Aaahh Belinda, is certainly one of the most impressive films I have ever seen.
Serap and Naciye who are the main characters of this movie are 2 different characters acted by the same actress, Mujde Ar. One of the characters, Serap, who is the symbol of feminism has an independent life from men surrounding. Unlike Serap, Naciye who has the name which is derivative of a man's name, Naci, is subdued by patriarchal system and also capitalism. This movie tells us how women are ignored in everyday life and how capitalism targets them by using the other women.
One more factor which makes this film impressive is the actor, Macit Koper. He is a great actor and he also has a wonderful acting in this movie.
